After UN Iran Sanctions Vote, Israeli Envoy Says ‘When the Villain is Laughing, You Know Something is Wrong’

Shortly after the U.N. Security Council voted unanimously Monday to lift sanctions on Iran as part of a negotiated nuclear agreement, Israel’s ambassador to the U.N. warned that the whole world will pay the price, and said that “when the villian is laughing, you know something is wrong.”
