Ambassador: Don’t Blame Wuhan For COVID-19 Cases ‘Far, Far Away From China’

China’s ambassador in Washington said at the weekend that most of the millions of people who left Wuhan ahead of a lockdown last January had likely gone elsewhere in China, not abroad, and China should not be blamed “for the increasing number [of COVID-19 cases] in countries far, far away from China.”
