Biden in 2019: Saudi Gov’t a ‘Pariah’ With ‘Little Social Redeeming Value’

While campaigning for the Democratic presidential nomination, Joe Biden had strong opinions about Saudi Arabia, saying during a Nov. 2019 debate in Atlanta that as president he would “make them pay the price [for the murder of Jamal Khashoggi] and make them in fact the pariah that they are.”
