Blinken: Sanctions on Russia For Invading Ukraine ‘Have Nothing to Do With the Iran Nuclear Deal’

As talks on salvaging the Iran nuclear deal edge closer to an agreement, Russia is demanding a guarantee from the U.S. that raft of sanctions targeting Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine will not harm Russia-Iran economic ties. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday ruled that out.
