CBS Worries ObamaCare Will Be Overturned: Need a Constitutional Amendment?

Talking to Senator Amy Klobuchar, co-host Anthony Mason worried that ObamaCare might be overturned. (Back in federal court again, it faced a skeptical reaction this week from judges.) Mason fretted that a constitutional amendment may be needed to protect it: “...A federal court appeared sympathetic to arguments that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional. Do you think we need a constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right to health care?”
