During CBS News special coverage of day two of Ketanji Brown Jackson's Supreme Court confirmation hearings on Tuesday, CBS Mornings co-host Gayle King worried that the war in Ukraine was serving as a "distraction" for President Biden and made it difficult for him to bask in the "historic moment" of Jackson's nomination.
