Clyburn Tells Tapper Biden Was Capable Of Serving Till End Of 2nd Term

On CNN's State of the Union, Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) tells host Jake Tapper he continues to believe that Joe Biden would have been capable of serving out a second term, at which time he would have been 86 years old.
