Joe Biden keeps inserting his foot into his mouth when talking about black voters, yet the media consistently rationalizes or covers up their candidate’s mistakes. 

His latest racial gaffe happened during a pre-taped interview from last week for the National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists Convention. CNN played the Biden clip where the former Vice President says the black community “with notable exceptions” doesn’t have diversity of thought.
