CNN: 'Weaponization' To Arrest Union Leader For 'Rallying' ICE Protesters

On CNN This Morning, host Audie Cornish says that David Huerta, the president of the SEIU union's California branch, was arrested for "rallying" anti-ICE protesters. The allegation is that Huerta blocked ICE from entering an establishment accused of hiring illegal aliens, and pushed an ICE officer who tried to remove him. A former federal prosecutor suggests that the arrest of Huerta could have constituted "weaponization" of the law. Huerta plays the martyr card, telling a crowd he is ready to take on the "journey" of whatever is in store for him.
