Cruz Says Senate Should Make Nominee Approvals Contingent on End to ‘Lawless Amnesty’

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Sunday incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) should announce that the new Republican-led Senate will withhold confirmation from all administration nominees apart from crucial national security posts, unless President Obama “ends this lawless amnesty.”
