Dershowitz: 'Crowd Control' May Be 'Criteria of Justice' in Cuba or Iran, But Not in America

Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV last week that Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby "over-charged" the officers allegedly involved in Freddy Gray's death and though she was able to quell the crowd by doing so, that's not the "criteria of justice" in America.
