Dick Morris TV brings to light the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) which President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will sign on July 27 in New York City. After being signed, it will come before the Senate in the fall to be ratified.
Morris insists that this treaty is a direct threat to the Second Amendment.
