In Tuesday’s OutFront, Erin Burnett once again dove into her, and the leftwing media’s, obsession with Russia’s apparent collusion in U.S. elections. With the November midterms now just weeks away, Burnett couldn’t resist piling on another claim: Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s order to defend this election season from foreign interference was another ploy for Republicans to steal votes.
It’s no secret the liberal media has had it out for Trump ever since he won in 2016. With Clinton’s loss being a hard pill to swallow, the Republican and Russia conspiracy was born. Instead of acting like a regular loser, however, Democrats fed Americans the fantastical narrative that “Russia hacked the election” and literally stole votes for the Republican Party.
Burnett turned her segment into an electoral safeguard hate party when she bashed Hegseth’s order for the military to utilize intelligence and cyber capabilities to defend the election from foreign interference. Before her charade, Burnett admitted to this being “something the military has done in the past,” in which initiatives were rolled out in the past eight years during elections to counter foreign hackers.
