Ex-CIA Director Petraeus: Russian General Leading Ukraine War Notorious For Brutal Campaign in Syria

Former CIA director David Petraeus said Sunday the Russian general now in charge of the invasion of Ukraine “is known as the ‘butcher of Syria’ for this brutal campaign that he prosecuted in Syria when he was the commander there in 2016.”
