Chief medical advisor to the president Anthony Fauci confirmed to the World Health Organization on Thursday that the U.S. would remain a member and “fulfill its financial obligations to the organization,” praising its response to the coronavirus pandemic, but also referring to the need to “strengthen and, importantly, to reform” the agency.
