GOP Senator Says Congress Could Target Funding for UN Over Palestinian State Issue

As the Palestinians and their allies prepare to push a U.N. Security Council resolution to a vote within days, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) warns that the incoming GOP-controlled Senate could respond by targeting U.S. funding to the United Nations.
