Guterres Says Still Looking Into ‘If and When’ UN Should Investigate Russia’s Use of Iranian Drones in Ukraine

U.N. secretary general Antonio Guterres was criticized by a U.S. diplomat on Monday for not sending officials to Ukraine to investigate Moscow’s use of Iranian drones in its invasion, “apparently yielding to Russian threats.”  He told a press conference earlier in the day his office was “looking into all the aspects of that question” to determine “if and when” it should investigate.
