Hillary Clinton offers her comments on the recent U.S. Marine scandel, where Marines urinated on the corpses of Taliban terrorists. Clinton proclaims, "I want to express my total dismay," with these actions that are "absolutely inconsistant with America values."
She states, "anyone - anyone - found to have participated... must be held fully accountable."
