Holder Calls for Updated Fair Housing, Lending Laws

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in a speech at Howard University Tuesday to mark the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act called on Congress to update fair housing and lending laws to address "discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity and marital status."
