House Defunds UN Climate Change Panel, Rep Says They Are 'Nefarious,' 'Whipped Up Global Frenzy'

The House of Representatives voted to defund the United Nations’ panel on studying climate change over the weekend, after the Republican who introduced the proposal said the body had “whipped up a global frenzy” over climate change because its members were politically motivated.
