Iran’s FM Responds to US Talks Offer: If You Want to Return to Nuclear Deal, First Lift All Sanctions

Three days after the Biden administration declared itself ready to hold talks with Iran and its nuclear deal partners, the regime’s foreign minister indicated on Sunday that the U.S. must lift all of its sanctions before any talks can take place: “The United States will not be able to rejoin the JCPOA before they remove the sanctions.”
