Jason DeFord -- the country music singer known as "Jelly Roll" -- guest-hosted Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show this week. He acted upset when people protested the hostile jokes about President Trump, and claimed they should have voted for Kamala Harris if they wanted Harris jokes. That ignores the entire late-night pattern of ritual Trump loathing.
