Kerry on Climate Change Consensus: 'At Least 98, 99 Percent' of Scientists

At a time when debate is raging over the assertion that 97 percent of scientists endorse man-made global warming, Secretary of State John Kerry – a frequent citer of the 97 percent figure –in a speech Wednesday upped the figure to “at least 98, 99 percent.”
