Kerry Says China Has Agreed to Work on Cyber Code of Conduct

As the OPM hacking scandal continued to exercise lawmakers in Capitol Hill Wednesday, Secretary of State John Kerry said that in high-level talks with Chinese officials in Washington China has “agreed that we must work together to complete a code of conduct regarding cyber activities.”
