Kerry Says North Korea Taking Steps Towards Denuclearization Could Lead to Reduced US Military Presence

Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday held out the possibility of resuming long-stalled nuclear talks if North Korea was “prepared to talk seriously” about denuclearization, saying steps in that direction could ultimately mean a reduced U.S. military presence in the region.
