In a barely-veiled attack on Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump, Secretary of State John Kerry spoke out Friday against an isolationist mindset and calls for a border wall, deriding “soundbite salesmen and carnival barkers who pretend the most powerful country on Earth can remain great by looking inward and hiding behind walls.”
