Ky. Agriculture Chief Says it’s Not Known if Suspicious Seed Packages Are Hoax, Scam, or Bioterror

The USDA has warned Americans who receive unsolicited packages containing seeds not to plant them, and Kentucky’s agriculture commissioner said it’s not known at this point whether “this is a hoax, a prank, an Internet scam, or an act of agricultural bio-terrorism.”
