The Learning Channel Shows Child In Beauty Pageant Dressed Like Hooker

The show, "Toddlers and Tiaras" is no stranger to exploiting children.  But, it may have gone too far this time.

While the parent interviewed about this condemns the way the child was dressed, had TLC been responsible they may not have given the girl national screen time to begin with.
