My fault for not changing banks sooner. With the economy in shambles I was concerned with building the business just trying to survive. It was not until we did the books at the end of the year did we uncover this mess.
I take the blame. But when is enough, enough. I have contacted the CEO, the board of directors and no one will respond. I have showed there online system to bankers, lawyers, accountants and no one was able to come up with the same answer. They have a confusing system that even there employees can't figure out.
Many times I went to the branch for an explanation and no one could look at a screen and tell me my balance without having to rfer to a calculator. The local media wont touch the story because of their loans with them or advertising dollars.
Someone please help me bring this to light!
