Rachel Maddow came under attack for a sleazy Thursday night attack on Trump judicial nominee Steven Menashi, suggesting a 2010 journal article on "ethnonationalism" was somehow about racially unified states, but he was writing about Israel -- which is a Jewish state, but contains many nationalities.
