New York Mayor Bloomberg, whose board of health proposed a soda ban in the city, presided over the weigh-in for this year's annual Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island. He did not seem amused by his prepared remarks which were laden with puns.
