McCain: A Future President Will Apologize for Our Failure on Syria

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) displayed graphic photos on the Senate floor Wednesday of atrocities in Syria, and predicted that a future American president will someday acknowledge that more could have been done, and “apologize for our current failure.”
