McCaul: Terrorists May Have Missing Plane, Plan to Use it in Terror Attack

House Homeland Security Committee chairman Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Tex.) said Monday the possibility should not be ruled out that the missing Malaysia Airlines aircraft may be in terrorists’ hands, being prepared in a remote location for use in a major attack.
