A new memo obtained by ABC News and statements by the leader of a security team assigned to Libya prove that the State Department ignored repeated requests from the US Consulate in Benghazi for increased security. Lt. Col. Andy Wood, the leader of a Special Forces team assigned to protect Americans in Libya, said that the State Department instructed the consulate to "do with less." President Obama said there would be "bumps in the road," I guess the State Department ignoring the desperate pleas of the people it's supposed to protect is one of those bumps.
