MH17 Investigator: ‘We Now Have … The Proof That The Russian Federation is Involved in This Tragedy’

Investigators into the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine five years ago announced criminal charges Wednesday against four men, and a Dutch chief public prosecutor said they “now have the information, have the proof, that the Russian Federation is involved in this tragedy, in this crime, one way or the other.”
