MSNBC's "Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski pressed Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) Tuesday on why he's not forcing the rich as well as the union workers to "sacrifice" to cover the state's budget shortfall. "Morning Joe" regular John Heilemann followed up by further pressuring Walker on the issue.
