MSNBC host Chris Matthews could barely contain his excitement as he interviewed Omarosa Manigault Newman, former Trump White House staffer, during Monday night's edition of Hardball. Newman, the author of a new book called Unhinged, received the red carpet treatment as Matthews effectively gave a ten-minute long advertisement for her book, which paints a dystopian picture of the Trump administration. Newman said that the White House offered her a non-disclosure agreement, which Matthews said "sounds like Watergate." He also asked Newman if she would "be a good witness" for the Mueller investigation and if she thought President Trump was going to be impeached. She responded to both questions in the affirmative, much to Matthews' delight.
