On MSNBC's The Weekend that she co-anchors, Symone Sanders Townsend says that third-party presidential candidates are particularly dangerous this year, because they could deprive Biden or Trump of 270 Electoral College votes, and thereby send the election to the House. She fails to understand that the only way that could happen would be if a third-party candidate actually won a state [or one of Nebraska or Maine's electoral districts], something that not even the most fevered conspiracy-mongers are imagining.
