[See NewsBusters for more.] Time for another edition of Name That Party! Seattle’s liberal Democrat Mayor Ed Murray resigned on Tuesday after five people accused him of sex abuse. Unsurprisingly, CBS and PBS avoided identifying the progressive politician as a Democrat. Today co-host Savannah Guthrie, however described him as a “Democrat” and “vocal critic of Donald Trump.”
