NYC fines a local beekeeper for not watering his beehive. The beekeeper has a water station for the bees right next to the hive and there are plenty of natural water sources around the hive. The hive has been on the property for over the year. The fine was dropped to a warning after CBS 2 in NY called the mayors office.
