Obama in 2013: Iran Doesn’t Need Underground Facility, Reactor for Peaceful Program

Fifteen months ago President Obama said the Iranians do not need to have two key nuclear facilities “in order to have a peaceful nuclear program.”  The international agreement reached Thursday with Iran allows it to retain the two installations, albeit with significant alterations to their functioning.
