Obama: 'It's Almost Like We Said You've Got to Buy a New Car'

President Barack Obama on Thursday compared the grandfather clause in Obamacare to the requirement that all cars must have seat belts or air bags - there were additional costs to improve safety, but the costs outweighed the benefits of all the lives that were saved.
