PBS News Weekend again hosted Melissa Deckman, CEO of the Public Religion Research Institute, a decidedly left-wing polling firm, to talk about voting patterns among “Generation Z.” But there were no ideological labels for Deckman on tax-funded PBS on Sunday, even as she forwarded optimistic views of the youth (Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012) flocking to Democratic policies, which were portrayed in the most benign terms.
Deckman fawned over the new crop of activists, even more liberal than previous youth and more willing to cast votes while not identifying with a particular political party.
