House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says any move to change the 2008 law allowing immigrant children should be tied to the issue of immigration reform, not the supplemental budget request to deal with the massive influx of unaccompanied minors at the U.S. Southern Border.
