Petraeus Says 'Sacred Obligation' Prevents Him from Ruling Out More Troops for Afghanistan

Gen. David Petraeus told the Senate on Wednesday he has a 'sacred obligation' to the troops to give the president his best advice even if that means calling for more troops in Afghanistan--in the face of President Obama's policy that a drawdown should start next July.
