Pompeo Agreed it Was Appropriate to Describe Kim Jong Un as ‘a Tyrant’

Testifying before a Senate Appropriations subcommittee on April 9, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was asked by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) whether his description of Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro as a “tyrant” was a term also applicable to Kim Jong Un, and replied, “Sure, I’m sure I’ve said that.”
