Pompeo Warns State Governors They are on the Chinese Communist Party’s Radar

In a weekend speech Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned state governors to beware of underhanded CCP activities in their states, some carried out by innocuous-sounding “friendship” groups and cultural bodies. A government-backed think tank in China last year produced a report assessing each governor as “friendly,” “hardline” or “ambiguous,” he said.
