Former newspaper reporter Kara Swisher, now with the Vox.com spinoff Recode, appeared in Brian Stelter's HBO documentary After Truth, and lashed out at Congress for not pressing Facebook founder Jeff Zuckerberg about his platform being a patsy for "nefarious" Russian disinformation during the 2016 campaign. Swisher launched the metaphor that Facebook is like a gun that someone's gonna shoot. It's somehow a social-media shotgun, or a neutron bomb.
