Rep. Nancy Pelosi Is Ready To 'Throw A Punch For The Children'

Keeping in line with party's high tolerance and belief in civil discourse, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tells fellow Democrats to "throw a punch - for the children." 

Pelosi made the comments at the DNC summer meeting Friday in San Francisco. She was giving out advise for the election season.

"You’ve got to be ready to take a punch," Pelosi said. "And therefore, you have to be ready to throw a punch. For the children. Throw a punch for the children."

The comment received applause from the audience.
