Rep. Peter King Said Obama Should Call Congress Back Into Session Only If He Has A Plan

With Congress on their August recess, Rep. Peter King said Obama should only call Congress back to Washington if there is a plan to work on because if there is no plan, Congress would just be sitting around. King would like to see leadership from both parties meet with the President to work on a deal so when Congress does return they can hit the ground running.
